  1. ZUCCHINI AND TOMATOES little pans "au gratin"

    the ready dish pics:

    Category: vegetable
    Yield: 5 porzioni
    Source: Pandora

    500 gr zucchini
    200 gr cheery tomatoes
    200 gr toma cheese - or fontina or mozzarella.
    5 anchovies - under oil
    40 gr reggiano cheese - grated
    2 tsp breadcrumble - plus other few spoons for
    -pans
    1 branch marjoram
    1 tbs oregano
    2 coloves garlic
    6 tbs olive oil - EVOO
    1 pinch salt
    1 tsp pepper

    Wash zucchini and cut them "au julienne" (or grate them coarsely);

    wash tomatoes and cut them in quarters; cut mozzarella in little cubes and
    mince anchovies. Then mince marjoram with garlic; put them in a big bowl and
    add : 4 Tsp of oil, the grated reggiano cheese and 2 Tbs of breadcrumble,
    then mix well. Add then the mozzarella cheese with anchovies, salt and
    pepper and mix again well.

    Oil 5 little pans (which can go in the oven), and spread them with other
    breadcrumb, then fill them with the mixture. Put them in the oven at 200°
    for about 20 minutes (I have used convenction oven). Let them cool before
    serve.

  6. I have seen your blog!!!!!! Is very exiting. But I haven't seen it till the
    end because now I Am ready for dinner. I enjoyed very much the pics of the
    various restaurants where you have gone. And I have seen that in one pic
    there was a bottle of FRASCATI WINE!!!!!!!! You know that my family live
    just 2 kilometers from Frascati?
    Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I want to see your blog another time and perhaps many
    times because it is so wonderful to see all the mexican dishes and other
