with slick faces drenched in hypocrisy denounce dope. Sad really.

No, he missed one test and got a warning for wherabouts under one
jurstiction, and missed 2 tests under another juristiction. Under WADA
rules 3 warnings/missed tests under the same juristiction and a doping
case can begin.

If cycling want's to clean up, the UCI and all national federations
could begin by publishing all current warnings, start pressuring

For shure they do - Iv'e never said they didn't.

The sad thing is that regardless If Rasmussen was pulled or not they
will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd in this years TDF.
The main difference is that 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doesn't have to fear
their own press and federation.

The ASO however seems to be pleased, they've got their scapegoat and
knockouted UCI with only a minor casualty (Vinokurov)

That would be a very valid assumption, he might even not be have been
hiding from UCI but from his own team. It could also explain Theo De
