Jill is known for *posting* about her soups.

    That is correct.

My only response to this is many people have made my soup recipes and said
they like them. I'm sorry if Sharon found this one too peppery.

    Jill

    Hi Jill

I added a can of 1 percent evap. milk and it was fine. I also put in a
sprinkling of nutmeg. I'm sensitive to pepper, and should have tasted
before I added it, since I did pause and wonder....lol.... DH loved it and
the garlic toast I served with it.

Hmm, an attempt at a bandaid... kiss it and make it all better why
don't you... after you caused all the damage don't you think it's a
bit too late for back handed kissy-kissy patronizing... Hi Jill <G>!

C'mon Sheldon....why make it sound like it was an earth-shattering
event. It was just a pot of soup. The main thing is that it turned out
fine after all. Dust off your sense of humour, if you have one......Sharon

Self praise... hmmm. That's why the Wall Street Journal got in touch with
me a few years back about what to do with Thanksgiving leftovers. Yep,
that's self-praise, you betcha! I'm sure they check newsgroups all the time
for your "buy a meat grinder" rants.
