vegetarian diet

  1. My diet, like many vegetarians I know, is probably a little too high in starchy carbohydrates. What
    would be the best sources of protein for a vegetarian to use in order to increase the protein to
    carb ratio? I do eat tofu and nuts. I will try to increase the amount of nuts I eat, which are
    mainly almonds and walnuts.

    What makes you think that these ngs support the quackery called vegetarianism?

    I just love to hate callers who start off by placing restrictions on answers to their questions.

    Could be the problem is your self-inflicted abuse of vegetarianism?
