Sort of. They are still saying that we are in one, but this year we have had thunder storms fairly regularly. That was the difference last year, we didn't have any storms...nothing, just heat. We still have some restrictions, but the lakes still look good, and it looks like we will get a storm this afternoon. You guys still get rain...you know, like every day?

We've had cloudless skies the last week. It should stay sunny most days through to mid-September. Then it gets patchy. Then by late November, it's overcast and drizzly most days until April.
Summers though are the Northwest's best kept secret. About 75F (24C) and sunshine nearly every day without much humidity.
