Ha.
Two minutes into this clip:
After Vyvian throws a Molotov cocktail into Rik's bedroom, Rik says he's gunna write a letter of complaint to his M.P.
Neil tells Rik that he can't have an M.P., coz he's an anarchist, so Rik replies: "ah, then I shall write to the lead singer of Echo & The Bunnymen. 'Dear Mr Echo....'".

Dontcha farkin hate the dudes with 'tudes who sell stuff on Ebay on the most self-righteous way?! Like, we're SO LUCKY that we're even allowed to see the ad. :-)
$50,000 for a custom Eddie Van Halen model Charvel guitar, apparently played and signed by Eddie.
"Before you get yourselves in a tizzy, this price is exactly what the owner of this guitar paid EVH back in December '07. I have the original listing to prove it, so don't get all up in my grill. Be thankful you even have an opportunity to buy this amazing guitar at less than the original selling price...you dig?"
This is the by the same guy, but this guitar is only $30,000
"BTW...the only thing you'll accomplish by making idiotic lowball offers is to get yourself permanently blocked from making any future offers. Go audition at Caroline's if you think you're funny."

Yes beepers, that was a flood.
Back to cycling.
Tour of the Goldfields is on. Women's NRS. Top two contenders for the series overall are going head to head right down to the wire in different teams after starting the year on the same team. Ruth Corset and Katrin Garfoot. Both started the year on Pensar, Garfoot now on VIS. Story time. Rewind a few months. Allegedly Pensar had agreed not to enter the Tour of Murray as they had enough points for the series, it'd be just another race. Corset got a phone call right before the event asking why she wasn't joining her Pensar team mate Garfoot at ToMurray. It'd be good for the promoter to have them both there, no? Any how. Corset or the team knew nothing of it. Garfoot had entered as a solo to try and sneak a few points from her team mate Corset. Corset and the team quickly mobilised and were on the start line at Murray. Not ideal. nekminnit/nekrace Garfoot is riding for the VIS, taking with her all the previous points she's accumulated. The two are going head to head. Great for the series... maybe... the VIS chicks squad has a few descent TTers so they've just smashed Pensar in the TTT at the Goldfields tour. Looks like Garfoot / VIS have wrapped up the series in doing so.
In summary. If you pull sly moves to win a series, one that doesn't even pay the bills, you're not going to be popular. What the fsck are the VIS doing signing riders from QLD anyway.
Cut and paste that to CyclingNews Jono! That is the [censored] people want to read about. I see Cromwell is seeking other opportunities from GreenEdge too. No surprises there.

Peloton Cafe â€@PelotonCafe6m Weirdest thing I've ever seen garfoot and corset have stopped racing, letting the peloton go, they're just rolling together #ToG13

This is the most [censored] up tactic ever. If they're one on one off the back of the race they've both played the wrong card. Who the hell is DS for either teams? Send a [censored] team mate back from either team and try isolate the other rider. This is a [censored] on the future of women's racing if they're going to play it out like this.
-
This is ace. Honestly.
-
- Pensar in the lead group need to GAS IT NOW. Putting both women out of the time-cut and locking in Corset for the series win.
- VIS should respond by dropping back to Garfoot and dragging her back up.
- Officials should DSQ both for not racing in the spirit of a NATIONAL level event. (yes there is a tech reg about this I cbf looking up)I'd like to see #1 take place.

Unsatisfactory performance. They used to fine riders for doing jobs. That sort of [censored] is worse and used to get riders suspended.
