Do you really wanna like Froome or Wiggo? :-) Don't forget, vanity comes first
Keeping up the proteins helps. And yep. Froome is awesome. And I don't give a [censored] what I look like, I wore a Melbourne Bike Share helmet in my last few crits and road races. 🙂 -
Have you learnt any diet tricks?
Real sudafed (or speed) is an appetite suppressant.
Fill up with water or coffee when you feel like eating. It obviously doesn't last too long, but maybe long enough burn off a few more grams of fat.I still reckon mild/natural laxatives are the best: ground flax seed, 200g of chopped spinach with your main -- ya know, stuff like that.
Or the Tylere Hamilton method: feeling really hungry and just wanna stuff ya face? Wipe yourself out for 12 hours with a couple of sleeping pills, then you've obviously made it through half a day without eating, :-)

You for real?71 is not that old really, but he had a liver transplant last year (I think) so he was clearly not a picture of glowing good health.

A new liver for Lou ... bit like new brake pads for this: So yeah... epic fail for the TAN.

Yep. I don't play any instruments. My music knowledge is limited. Not my scene. I've head the name. I couldn't tell you any of his bands, what he played, or any of his songs. Sure there will be some I've heard. None that I'd be able to attribute to him.You reckon Codral will work OzMan? Keen to be lean.
