  1. It said "Whoops" - not "whoosh";o)

Well, I have been off program and not only OFF, I have been binging for 10 days which gave me a gain
og 2 kgs - 4.4 lbs!! I know that some of it is exess fluid from all the chips and Pizza I ate and
TOM. I did really enjoy all the junk, and I had been waiting a long time to simply just stuff my
face, to be quite honest, and I knew it would come at a high price.

So I am almost back where I started, but not quite, thank God.

In the next few months there will be no eating disaster weekends that will give me an excuse for
binging and I am right back on track starting today:o)

I feel just as motivated as before - even more now, as I do want to succeed and I feel at peace with
myself and not frustrated. I know this would happen and I know how and why!

    so my stats: 119/116/110

The one problem is that my stomach is not used to being stuffed all the time so the next few days I
will have to battle hunger. But I am ready:o)!

I will post my RAFL weight on Friday:o)

  2. Way to get back on the horse, Mette!!

Oops, but at least you know why. Your attitude is great so i think you'll have little problem
getting it off again. Good luck :-)

I find the opposite. If I've been binging I then struggle to get close to using up my points for the
first few days. Makes it easier to get back into the swing of things.
