I was talking to a nurse today and I told her my stories,
and she used a particular word in speaking about these
seizures. She said that its common for people who work out
hard without eating to have blackouts the next day.
I've heard that this can cause fasting hypoglycemia which in
effect can cause a seizure, and maybe she meant this, but
what she said was that they have "blackouts".
For all I know, they may mean the same thing. But blackout
just seems like a much calmer term. Every definition of
seizure that I've seen says that its caused by the brain.
How would I know if I had a seizure and not a blackout?
