2006 Cannondale R800 vs. 2012 Fuji Roubaix 2.0

Hey there!
I've been looking for a new ride on craigslist and have found two bikes that I'm interested in.

I've done my research, but I'm curious what others would say.
I was hoping to find a bike that I could happily ride in a triathlon or enjoy on long rides in the mountains.
Let me know what you think-- I'm going to see the bikes this week, so I'd love to be armed with some cycling knowledge from you pros-- thanks )

The Cannondale is no spring chicken, and the Fuji Roubaix is one of the true values in road biking, but no this one. It's way overpriced for 9-speed Tiagra, and the frame and kit are still not as nice as the Cannondale. Jump on it before someone else does.
