I have nothing to do with Blackburn, other that as a very happy customer.
I own a Blackburn Airstick mini pump that I really like. I don't use it
often, but it works great every time that I need it. I own a bunch of bikes
and went to my LBS to purchase additional mounting brackets. They didn't
have any, and didn't know how to order any so I contacted Blackburn. Their
customer service department responded the same day and told me that they
would be happy to send me an extra bracket...for free. I offered to pay but
they wouldn't accept any money. It is rare to find a company with such a
high level of customer service and you can be sure that I will factor that
in when evaluating future purchases.
