Hi again,
I need some advice on breathing while I run. I know that sounds odd -
breathing is pretty natural. But I find that I'm not exhaling very much
when I run. I have to make myself breath o-u-t and then back in. It seems
to help me if I breath in through my nose and out through my mouth but after
a little bit I revert back to breathing very shallow again, and have to
"remind" myself to breath....
Is that common among new runners? It's almost hard to breath deeply but I
do better when I make myself breath "correctly"...My heart rate is actually
just a tad slower, which makes sense since I'm getting the oxygen I need!
But it's a struggle to do it right.
Anyone else have this to deal with? Just curious...Thanks again, JJ
