Campagnolo Veloce: Where do you position it?

Hi guys,

I was just trying to understand the groupset hierarchies. While Shimano and Campag are quite easily ranked between themselves, I am finding it difficult to place the Veloce and Centaur groupsets.

My feeling is the Veloce fits in somewhere between Tiagra and 105, while the Centaur somewhere between 105 and Ultegra.

Am I right or I am being too generous? Maybe non generous enough?

This sounds about right, although straightforward comparisons are rough guidelines at best. I'd probably say Veloce is closer to 105 than Tiagra and Centaur is closer to Ultegra than 105.
