i am currentlty doing 15 miles a night after work sometimes 25 depending on time and try to get a 40 miler on weekends after a bad knee injury i am finally enjoying my cyclin again . i am 41 and findind the motivation a bit difficult i am looking for a cyclist in my area male or female in simalar position to just help along the way can anyone help thanks
