Date Mystery Puch?

So far no one on earth has been able to date my Puch Tourer -seems the serial is useless for this, but - hint - the form of the decal lettering may give it away. Any help?

(The model name is missing but the bike is the original light metallic green.) I've had guesstimates from 60s-80s. No original components. Reynolds 501 steel. I think it had a Sugino crank but was upgraded to triple.

I'm told only the high-end Puch's are collected, thus nobody knows or cares about the more humble models....any leads to a Puch association? It'd be nice to know, is all.

I'm not that high-tech. I'm pretty good at descriptions tho.The letters are black with a black outline, 25mm high.
