Does anyone know who makes this frame?

This is a very nondescript looking bike, it's impossible to tell who made it. It looks like the head badge is on it, why not look at it? If it's not there then look on the bike for any engravings that may indicate a abbreviation of the company that made it, including taking the rear wheel off and look at the drop outs, flip it over and take a look at the bottom bracket, look the entire bike frame over to see if there's any initials stamped on it.

If I was to make a wild guess due to the lack of decals I would heavily lean towards a Chinese built frame that got sold at a huge discount without any decals on the bike to mark a brand on it, in other words a generic bike made in China.
