If I have Scott CR1 Pro which has front derailleur FD-6603 and BB-6603, and i want to change to FSA Compact crank, is it simply a matter of changing cranks over or do i need to change BB and possibly derailleur?

I had an Ultegra equipped Klein. I installed an FSA Energy octolink crank. I lowered the front derailleur a tad, shortened the chain and reprogrammed my Flight Deck Computer. It shifts just dandy and the only thing that I had to buy was the crankset.

If your front derailleur has a braze-on mount, you might have to do some work to get it down as low as you'd like.

The cranks came stock on my bike, so I'm not sure if the BB that came on my bike is the one that comes with the SL-K crank, but it was pure garbage, I ended up replacing it a week later for a gigapipe ISIS BB.
