Can anyone help, when connecting my unit to my pc I am able to view history etc. The minute I disconnect the unit from the pc, I am unable to view my history files, and by double clicking on the G icon, it asks that i connect the unit. When expeorting the history files, and then attempting to open the file, i am prompted to go in search of a programme on the web to open the file/s. Why is this?

Have you installed the Garmin Training Centre software?
Also there's updates you can get both for the device and for the software, so would be worth checking Garmins website for them

what is extension of history files? i use garmin gpsmap 60csx. its extension is *.gpx. to open the history file you can open via google earth...
