how to get from Roster/Time table Training to Scheduled training

The issue is the following:

I'm in my mid-fourties and the children are growing up, so I'm having a
little extra time for myself. I have job with responsibilities, which
means it's not always 9 to 5. Let's say the average week is pretty much
filled with activities around the three central themes in life: family,
work, sports.

My weekly trainig time table is pretty rigid, but I manage doing it
with fun:
Monday: swim from 6:00 AM till 7:00 AM
Tuesday: bike from 7:00 PM till 9:00 PM
Wednesday: swim from 7:00 PM till 8:00 PM
Thursday: run from 5:00 PM till 6:30 PM
Friday: swim from 5:45 AM till 6:45 AM
Saturday: swim from 8:00 AM till 9:00 AM
Sunday: bike from 9:00 AM till 12:00 AM

I'm doing 4 swims a week, since I have only recently started doing
triatlon. I used to do mountainbike and road racing. My swimming is
basic and trying to improve by giving swimming extra attention. Up to
now, I've done three race, two times I was third, and one time I was
tenth (all age group results).

My training schedule, or rather Time Table, is very regular. One week
is not different from the other. There is no difference in duration,
intensity, length, or type of activtity. There is simply no extra time
between family and work to say f.i. "today I going to do a 100 km
training with a heart rate not higher than 130 bpm, because my training
schedule tells me to do so".

Who recognises this questions and can tell me from experience how you
have dealt with it.

regards from France
