Investors wanted for new business,

I plan on starting a new business and need some investors.

My plan is to market light weight water. I will remove the heavy water
molecules there fore reducing the weight of the water by .00003%.

My market is aimed at the people that buy carbon fiber bottle holders
and drill holes in them to reduce the weight.

Retail cost will be around $100,000 per ounce. Remember you get more
for your money as this is light weight water.

I need about a billion dollars to get started.

I am a little short of a billion but I am willing to let you in on my air filtration system that will remove carbondioxide from air. The weight reduction is significant.

I am looking for a couple flux capacitors?? Or some Krytonite??

I already developed dehydrated water years ago. It is virtually weightless and user friendly. To use open package and just add water. The more you add the higher the yield.
I am looking for a government grant to further develop and market it.
Anyone know of a government that is still solvent?

Even with rising concentrations of CO2 in our atmosphere, it's only 0.04% (400 ppm) of the volume of air. I'd go right for the big guy, nitrogen, which is 78% of the volume. In addition to the weight savings, seems to me breathing pure O2 would help the VO2 max significantly.....wonder if that's ever been tested?
