about three weeks ago i rode on monday. felt great. then on wednesday of that week i felt terrible. out of the blue. my quads have been sore since then and i have been a much worse rider. what is it? ideas? what can i do? thanks a lot.
Have you backed your training off since you quads started to ache? Been stretching properly? Do you warm up and warm down on every ride? Fluid intake up to scratch? Are you simply going to hard too often?
