Polar CS200cad: easy setup; stem mount 'puter; easy to read display w/ lots o' data. Price is around $150.

Vetta V100HR with wireless cadence. I've got one myself, no problems so far. Its alot cheaper than polar too. http://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=O1026

I spotted a new Garmin bike computer today, due out in November. It is the
Garmin Edge 305 It does all that you are looking for, and then some, in a small, but somewhat expensive and quality package.

How about the VDO HC 12.6

It looks a nice bit of kit and VDO seem to know what they are doing when it comes to instrumentation.
