I am 181cm tall... Will this bike suit me?

its impossible to tell you from what you have given. You need to know your inseam, reach, blah blah blah...the only way to get fitted is to get on the bike and tweak it to fit you

If the real-or-virtual Top Tube is between 56cm & 57cm (c-c), then the frame should be a good fit for you.

You may decide to change the bike's STEM length in the future.

Feltski is right, go get fitted, your dimensions can vary greatly and the setup can be critical....if you're going to invest in a nice setup its worth your time to get a proper fit.
