I just came home from my first ww weigh-in, I am sooooo excited to report that I lost 9.6 pounds my
first week!!! I was on plan everyday, drank tons of water, exercised for 2 hours and 15 minutes
total, only used about 1/2 of my flex points. I am a big gal so I knew I would have a good loss the
first week, but I never expected this much!!
