New Road tires came in

So my new Road tires came in. I am posting a pic of my old MTB tires that I have been using and the new road tires.

Yea, it seemed like it when I just took it around the block, But I will wait till tomorrow to really tell. But ty for the advice Alienator.

These are so much better. What normally took me 19:50 to 22:30 mins to finish now took me only 17:37 to finish. That is better then a 2 min drop from just changing out my tires. I would not have believed it but the proof is in the pudding. Now here is a question. With these slicks any little rock, or anything that gets under the tire makes a sound like it is popping the tire, and at the same time grinding in to the road. Is this normal? I just keep thinking "Oh god another flat" but there was no flat.
