I am not sure what I did this past week and since I do not Journal anymore other than eating the
same basic stuff, there is nothing to check against. I did not get as much exercise but maybe raking
up and wheelbarrowing lots and lots of leaves. Or maybe my portions are actually smaller than I
perceive, other than breakfast where I know I am doing more than one cup of cereal.
Quoted message said:Gotta tell you, I don't understand what your sister said. Do you think she meant that when you get
to 155, you will want to weigh less than that?
Yes, that is what she meant. That each time I move the line down for "safety" I might want to move
it down just a bit further so that I draw a new safety line and don't approach the OLD one - like
164, oh, well, 160, hmm, 158..... 155, 154?. So maybe shooting for 155 should be just a rough idea
and hovering now would be fine. Up a pound down a pound. I know the rules. I occasionally break the
rules but not really as I quickly try reining it back in. Like purchasing a Costco Fruitcake today
(g) It is sliced and frozen save the one piece I have already eaten. And I probably "chawed" half a
bag of gummy bears last night and these are not tiny bags.
Quoted message said:have wondered that a lot myself. This week, at 157 and thereabouts, I find that I totally don't
want to get much more off. I don't feel quite as well as I do at 160. But I want to stay under
160. I may be done, right here. I will get my NYNY goal this week unless some really bizarre
thing happens.
You know I just had to look to see what the goal was. I was not sure it was 160 or 155. So I will
call a truce, too. Life fireworks - safe and sane.
Quoted message said:So you win. Not going there most likely. (unless you gain of course)
I will gain, of course. Xmas parties are coming up. And last night I was asked to make a gourmet,
decadent dessert like my Christmas log (what a pain that one always is!!!) I'm still thinking of the
sweet potato cheesecake but maybe frosting it with a chocolate glaze.

Quoted message said:Okay here we go:
I am down since last week: 1.8 pounds
(that is using my base clothing measurements which means removing 1.6 pounds from the current
wardrobe) But I'm down in any event 0.2 pounds even with the heavier clothing. So I guess the
chocolate cake on Sat night was not deadly - YES!
Current weight: 156.6 (heavier clothing 158.2)
But I will mention my sister's take on this minimum weight issue (she, by the way has never had a
weight problem other than being UNDER most of her life!!!). I mentioned getting to 155 to have a
sufficient clothing cushion. She suggested as some of us have discussed then you will not want to
move much from there and will try being just a bit lower to keep 155 and so on and so forth and
...... Which is what I've been thinking. So what does it mean. I have no idea (g)
