Off saddle due to varicocele

Hello pedalrs,

I am suffering from varicocele and due to that I am off saddle for last 2 months.
To be honest I cant keep myself away from my bike and want to get back on saddle.

Please advise if I can do cycling.if yes what precautions should I take care.
