This afternoon, two lamb loin chops (they will be brushed lightly with olive
oil and seasoned with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and dried marjoram - I'm
not into the whole lamb/rosemary thing). Also will grill a combo of green
and white asparagus brushed with oil and seasoned with salt & pepper. A
simple meal (actually two or three for me), but very tasty and satisfying
and with great leftovers!
How do you divide two little loin chops between three meals? LOL
Hehe, obviously you've never seen Jill suck all the juices from a
bone. LOL
I don't eat lamb (Baaaaad), but I often find one loin pork chop
sufficient, although I'd want more than a few measly asparagus to
accompany (I can eat an entire pound of asparagus and not fill a tooth
cavity), asparagus is probably the least filling veggie there is,
right up there with mushrooms. I'd start with a good sized mixed
salad and besides the asparagus I'd need a starchy veggie; rice,
potato, probably a couple ears of corn when in season. I don't think
one small lamb chop with a few asparagus would be dinner for me... I'd
really want more than just that, and when I say a large salad I mean
like a two quart bowl overflowing, with like ten different salad
ingredients. I'm not big on bread with that kind of meal (starchy
veggie does it for me, and I'm not much of a dessert person but I
might have some plain fresh fruit).

We don't know him, we only know you... he could be 300 pounds...
probably eats an entire rotisseried lamb... and all you get is to suck
his bone juices! LOL
