which was a pure fabrication by a mountain biker.

Yes, we established they evolved here in the previous thread, however, they went extinct 10,000
years ago in North America and are no longer considered native.

That still doesn't explain your "I wasnt talking about modern horses" comment either.

By WHOM? They were restored. You don't call eradication of a population as extinction. Horses (which
includes more than one species) are native to North America. They were eradicated and restored.
