[OT] Yet another motorists caught on camera using a mobile phone.

A well known TV presenter and columnist has allegedly been caught using
his mobile phone whilst driving down the M40 at 70mph.

After initially denying being in the car, Mr Clarkson said "Er, that
isn't a phone."
(Last year Mr Clarkson also claimed that a boat cannot travel faster
across London than a car as there are not any rivers in London).
