Yes, Nathalie, maintaining is good. Especially when the day-after WI reading is down another 1.4.
Ah, the fickleness of the scale! Keeping a sense of humor and perspective is an essential aspect of

Maintaining is good, maintaining is good. Why is it when we expect a loss or know we've had an
incredibly good week - the scales just don't cooperate? Bet next week you will have a bunch just
fall off. But ... congrats on a successful week this past week!
