Recovery drinks

Sounds like real evidence to me folks!

There you have it, "...It seems to do what it is advertised to do!"

Sorry man, that was pretty classic.

It seemed to do what it is advertised to do.

OT, but I actually read the ingredients for Accelerade today. The top
2:

Sucrose and Whey concentrate.

I find it funny how some drinks tout they have no sucrose, others load
their drink with it, and some use something else.

While I use sucrose in my drink (its cheap and harmless/appropriate),
I would think that accelerade would try to put something fancier in
there to make up for the cost ...then again it does have whey...

Sidenote, I've tried adding whey to drinks but can't lose the copper
taste.

I think it was mainly with cold cooked oatmeal, but sometimes warm or
even hot.

I think we even on occasion used "quick" oats w/o cooking them -- they
soaked up enough moisture to be tolerable. But that was definitely
not "delicious."
