Dont procrastinate about it. And make sure you follow up with Plod later to see how they got on. The Wonka appears to have been a bit strung out. Probably coming down. His behaviour (appearring drug affected) IMHO would definately make him a "person of interest" to Plod. It sounds like you are a decent sized and capable sort of bloke. What would have been the outcome had this terrorist tried to run someone of lesser ability down ?

How would you feel then?

BTW should you happen upon old,infirm, or just plain old useless drivers........ you should report them too.

What bothers me even more is that the female in the passenger seat of his car didn't either try to calm him down or get out of the car. That's what I'd do. Then again, she might be telling all her friends just how small his doodle is as we speak.

Story in our local paper (Monash area) this morning that someone was charged with stalking on the basis that they 'returned' to someone house.

OK, they were going back to check on the hidden remote camera that they had installed on their 'friend's' computer on the pretence of helping them out with it. Other charges were also pending in relation to the invasion of privacy issues. But it seemed interesting to me that two visits could be construed as stalking.

Something to consider.
