    Yours on the run,

How old are you? I pictured you jumping out from behind a corner of a
building and going "nanny nanny poo poo."

Now that was funny! I bet just typing that scared you. But you liked
the poo poo part, didn't you pervert?

YESSS!!! There's finally a reason to read RR again- MAT is back! Friggin'
cool Now quit going away, Miss.

If you stick that nose just a wee-bit deeper into Thrope's behind, he'll
orgasm. He'll appreciate it, I'm sure. He needs the relief.

Not even two posts, and it's back to talking about ass. <sigh>

    Mostly, he's
the guy who still thinks sex is such a big deal, he photographs it for
    his records.

That was an instructional video to show you what sex between two
people of the OPPOSITE sex looks like. I know it sickens you, but it
is considered normal by most of us.

He can't believe it himself: he got laid.

Once a day minimum, usually three.

We don't know if he had to pay for it or not.

Well a real woman cost real money, not the $5 trannys you date.

I was talking to a parent of one of our Varsity runners yesterday and
he mentioned George Sheesan or something like that as the Philosopher
of running. Anyone else worth reading for enjoyment while I am out?

I believe George Sheehan is the one who originated the statement that
the difference between a jogger and runner is a bib or registration
form or whatever. Later in life, after his cancer diagnosis, he
revised that to three stages - jogger, racer, runner (or something
along those lines). The idea being that a runner doesn't need races.

The only George Sheehan book I've read is "Running to Win," which
provided some interesting perspectives, definitely different from
    other running books I've read.

I still have "Running and Being" on the shelf but it has been 15 years
since I read it. More philosphy as I remember.

"Once a Runner" - John Parker - "currently unavailable" - might try
your library or any other runner (seems like a classic novel that is
liked by newbies to veterans, tracks to roads to trails, sprinters to
    ultrarunners)

John L was one funny guy!!!!

In case you haven't worked it out yet, the profanity laden posts under
    the names
"Ozzie", "Elflord", "Doug", etc are authored by the "TBR" troll.

He ran out of creativity to create new personas so he imitates the ones
he sees. Even with a bone tied around his neck, the dogs still won't
play with him and thus his hits the keyboard.

He is unremarkably pitiful!!! Poor, Poor Willie, all alone with no one
    to play with.

Well if you and Elffart are dogs, it explains why I feel like my leg
is getting humped. But just like when you attempt to hump a woman, I
feel nothing you are so tiny.

You see, folks, this is the sort of thing I'm talking about. Like a
teenager, he still tries to impress other GUYS about his sex life. And
just like he did when he was a teenager, he's dumb enough to think
    people believe him.

accept defeat, and runaway with your tail between your legs, because I
DESTROYED you, and nobody but me, Freesepops, and maybe one other
troll are reading your posts. So unless you are talking to one of your
other personalitys, you are wasting your time.

I feel no need to impress anyone, nor am I trying too. I am who I am,
like it, or I'll punch you in the mouth.

You couldn't even if you had the will. By now you are well aware I am
a pro, and you not even a rank amature. You're no match for me
physically, intellectually, and not even close in the troll section.
    I'm it, your [censored].

Amateur? At what? Name-calling? Racial epithets? Slurs? Hey,
sunshine, what you're doing isn't that hard. In fact, it's so easy,
white trash can do it, and do it often.

Well it's not easy either. I went to TrollU for 6 years to get my
degree, then had 4 years of "hands on" experience at RMMBill before
    being transferred here.

If that were true, you'd be in your little room at the boarding house,
Dolly next to you on the bed, typing and posting away like the tiny
    prancer you are.

  16. Yeah, he wrote columns in Runners World from the 70s to 90s
about the benefits of running. Some of these early authors made
pretty far-out claims. This was pretty common among self-absorbed
baby-boomers who become infatuated wth new hobbies.
One of them wrote a book claiming marathon runners might
become immortal, then died of a heart attack while running.
