Sidi shoes and SPD-R cleats

Hi,
I have a pair of old Sidi shoes like the ones in this pic:

They hae 3 holes for LOOK cleats but I was wondering if it is possible to use SPD-R cleats. Is there such a thing as an adapter that will allow you to use SPD-R's with these shoes?

thanks for the info.

It says the SPD-R adapters are for Sidi Genius or Millenium soles.
Would you know what soles the shoes in the picture I posted have.I can't find any details about them.In fact,I don't even know what model of Sidis they are.
