Hi, I'm a junior racer. I've been racing, rather successfully, for quite a while and am looking to get involved with a team. Does anyone know how I would get involved with something like that?

Simplest answer, is after a race simply ask around & network with some of the riders on the existing Teams. Depending on your stats, attitude, etc... your day will come. You may also try out riding as a Club member -Research, research, & more research for one that has some contacts / old pro's. I will caution you, it doesn't matter if they have the most pro's, etc..., it is like a bike, if you are uncomftrable (sp) with it, better to find a better fit.
