He smashed himself pretty bad this morning.
Apparently, he ploughed into the back of a parked or stopping car while hammering quite fast.

not a bad effort. When I did that when I was 15 I only smashed 3 teeth, split my chin open and possibly broke my nose. He's done heaps more damage.

They were always gonna have a clean out. Problem was they'd signed half these blokes up on two year contracts. I might have mentioned this before, but Danny Clark apparently outsprinted Davis up in Queensland at the end of a world championship training ride - sprint to the 60 sign. Sixty year olds shouldn't be schooling so called protour level sprinters, training ride or not.

I saw Rush and enjoyed it. Go to the cinema to watch it, the racing scenes are best on the big screen.

Lauda and Hunt's relationship was captured pretty well. They had an "[censored], [censored] you" thing going on. Some artistic license was used in the story, like Hunt beating the [censored] out of a journalist who called Lauda an ugly cnut after his face was melted off.

Surprising crash scene early in the movie. The surprise was realising that what I initially thought was a crashed car the driver had been removed from was actually one where only the driver's head had been relocated.

Lamarexia success! In the interests of transparency, here are my scientific charts. Left one is 2012. I started keeping records again on Aug 1st, then I decked it and had weeks off work so I needed to make sure I didn't blow out... worked a treat.

So I'm down 0.6kg in the last 6 days. I'd rather that be a full keg.... I'll take it as a win. ~3500calories/0.45356kgs... so 100g=771calories. So I'm hovering at -771 calories/day deficit. All theory. All good.

28 days to Bright. Another 2.8kgs will get me where I want to be. I'm about a week ahead of where I was last year. Few big weekends on the bike coming up.... this will test things. I'll weigh in again next Friday. Don't wish me luck, it'll weigh something.

181cm... so 5'11. Don't really fell like a unit at 74. I've been up to 83-84 a lloonnggg time ago.
