Heh - no doubt (on all of the above).

The thing that terrifies me about that "frame" (relative term) is that
I considered the saddle height, and therefore the size of the rider.
That would indicate that the rider would be able to stand over the
point where the "normal" top tube would be.

Now picture that point on the frame. An inch or maybe two above that
is where the "squishy parts" will end up when the rider dismounts
normally.

However, on THIS bike, the rear "loop" becomes kind of a sliding
board, terminating in the opposite-facing front "loop". So it appears
to me that a normal dismount would result in 1) bruised testicles, and
2) being wedged into the frame (with bruised testicles).

OTOH, it would take a VERY brave thief to take it - perhaps that's the
whole point... to bruise the testicles of bike thieves. ;-)
