Wanted: info on old Mercier colours and artwork?

I want to restore my father's old Mercier. He bought and raced it in Algeria in the late 1930's. He
also had it repainted in Italy after WWII.

I would like to know what colours Mercier were using in the 30's and what the frame artwork looked
like. I've searched WWW using google and seem some nice photos but nothing which is confirmed
1930's era.

Does anyone out there know any more?
