what should i buy for my first road bike

I am wondering what road bike i should get for my first one. i'm planning to buy second hand because my bugjet is low. i've seen a second-hand giant OCR2(2005) for $550, cell apache $399 brand new and a second hand malvern star capo for $350. Can someone give me some advice, thanks

My friend has a Giant like the you mentioned and he likes it, but I think that the best thing for you to do is ride all three and see which one feels right for you. You shouldn't make this decision by price alone. If you are serious about riding then you won't be satisfied with an entry level bike for too long, at least I wasn't.
