What's in your bottle?



I was on Game for almost a year. I then started to experience "low" periods during racing and training. I switched to Enerforce. I made a massive difference.

I only use good old H2O on my training rides and then during races I have Powerade in my bottle and Vooma in the back of my shirt.
If my body's not used to anything I reckon that anything should make a difference? :D Is this the case or am I bluffing myself? I can usually feel the difference especially with the Vooma.
 
Try Biomax. It's what the Minolta and Barloworld team uses. They make a CarboMax (about 90% carbs) for carboloading and during race drink and ProtienMax (about 52% carbs + 42% protien) as a recovery drink. I also have Perc corn syrup and PVM bars in my back pocket. I'm happy with the results.
