Where's the best place to find bicycle reviews?

I was wondering if someone could give me a link to the best place to
find reviews of bicycles? I would also like peoples opinions of 2 of
the bikes I'm considering, the cannondale R5000 aluminum and Giant TCR
0 composite. Thanks.
