Which is better between hypotonic and isotonic sports drinks?

I would really like to know which one between these two is better and why? Or is natural water a wiser decision than consuming artificial liquids for energy?
 
Personally, I vote for water :) I honestly do not know much about sports drinks as I avoid processed foods/drinks and chemicals. I do add a high quality vitamin/mineral supplement power to my water once a day and usually drink that when I am biking.

Now I want to learn more about these sports drinks, dvinemaredi! Can you tell us what they are and the difference between the two? :confused:
