Hi everybody!
I'm new here, and I was hoping you guys could help me!
I ride with a "team" or club or what I should call it, and we meet 3 times a week to ride (tuesday, thursday and sunday).
I dont have time for more than two more days of training (monday/saturday) and I need help/advise about what I should be doing those days to get the right and most effective training?
