I guess I read the fine print before I order so I know it may take 10 to 12 days, or that there may be a restocking fee if you return something other then for a defect. So I don't get worked up just because something took 12 days to get to me because I knew it could take that long, and if that company had the lowest cost then I'll wait. I do business with the usual clowns: Nashbar, Performance, Niagara Cycle Works, REI, Amazon (great place to start then they route you the retailer that sells it), Loose Screws and others I can't think of now.
