2 bikes, same position but ??

I have two (very fine) road bikes from different manufacturers, each set up exactly the same position-wise. Well, as near as exact as I can get.

But one feels more "easy" in terms of fit than the other. I'm not talking about ride quality or anything else, just the relationship of body to bike. One of mine definitely feels more natural/comfortable than the other.

So why doesn't the fit feel the same on the two?

Are they really equal. Measure BB to handlebar, BB to saddle nose, saddle nose to handlebar, and crank length, and verify that these are all the same. I'll bet that on one bike the handlebar is closer to the BB and/or farther from the saddle.
