Yup, in the end, there is a wider variety of positions. But I can't say that translates into a more comfortable lever. I do 4-5 hour efforts during any week on both. I was attracted to the DA10 because of the ergonomics. It's not as big a difference as I thought it might be in long effort comfort. And for my money, Campy shifting is superior. I'm suggesting the choice should be made on the mechanics of the lever, the shifting - very different, and most people prefer one over the other adamantly (me included).
