Choosing the right bike size?

hi guys
As my flight leaves the UK on sunday I need to call the lad in brisbane, at the bike shop and let him know what bike size I need asap. How do i know what bike size I need? My inseam (ground to crotch?) is about 86cm and the bike in question is the Giant CRX 4
sorry for all the questions but am so glad to find a community willing to help me get the best bike experience!
