Hi, my colleague from work recommended that I try one of the coaching packages from simpleathleticolutions.com for my up and coming road race. Does anyone here have any experience with them? He speaks very highly of them and the price is very good at $49 a month, I'm quite keen to give them a try. Any help or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks
