It's some very cheap bike with a y-frame and a full seat tube. I've seen
many department-store bikes like this.

It's probably meant to emulate certain FS designs, but it does at least
have the merit of a lower standover height.

And of oversized steel to give it an aluminium look. That crash probably
meant nothing to this frame.

.... and he was probably able to ride it when he woke up ... relaxing
effect of alcohol.
